Megan is a talented esthetician at Cherry Valley Nails and Hair, a former Pass Democratic Club member, current Executive Board member of Pass Rotaract, and a fierce advocate for LGBTQ+ rights and education policy in the San Gorgonio Pass. She combines her passion for her son, partner, and self-care with a commitment to community and educational improvement.
Chris is the Partnership Development Manager at IEGO, with previous roles including Economic Recovery Coordinator for LA County at GO-Biz, President of the Pass Democratic Club, and is a board member for various regional CBOs. Chris brings a wealth of experience in community development, public policy, and inclusive economic recovery across Southern California.
Shane is a committed youth advocate, mentor, and entrepreneur with a strong background in community development. He serves as the Teen Director at the Boys & Girls Clubs of the San Gorgonio Pass, is the incoming President of the San Gorgonio Pass Rotary Club, contributes to the Academy of Musical Performance, and runs Arch Solutions, LLC in the Inland Empire.
Marco is the Permanent Supportive Housing Program Director at Lutheran Social Services of SoCal, overseeing housing solutions and support services for chronic homelessness. He is ta Co-founder of A Better Banning, and an executive board member at Faith In Action and San Gorgonio Education Foundation.
Joselyn is a Development Specialist at the County of Riverside, known for her contributions to employment services and education. Her experience spans San Bernardino County, Los Angeles Job Corps Center, and she is also a certified substitute teacher in the Beaumont Unified School District. She is also an RCDP 2024 Bosworth Awardee. Joselyn's diverse roles underscore her dedication to supporting educational and employment opportunities in the community.
Mario is a Case Manager Specialist at the City of Banning and former Navigator for Faith In Action, utilizing his relationship-building and organizing skills, and has leadership experience in the Vegan food service industry as a manager and lead at The Combine Kitchen and Native Foods. Mario is a former Pass Democratic Club member and current Executive Board member for Pass Rotaract.
Francisco is a certified paralegal in real estate law with a history in Democratic campaigns (2015-2022), Secretary of the Pass Democratic Club, and Banning Library District Historian. He served on the RCDCC (2020-2022), was a CADEM Delegate (2017-2019), and held Executive Board positions, highlighting his dedication to intersectional justice, civic engagement, and preserving community history.
